a home made loaded cinnamon bagel, and no it’s not a donut.
it’s super simple; only 3 base ingredients, with cinnamon of course added on. it was almost too good to be so easy
when you’re out of bagels but really craving one, this is the easiest way to go.
Single Serve Cinnamon Bagel
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup + 2 tbs greek yogurt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
dEATs: stuffed with creamy peanut butter, banana slices, and a drizzle of honey
preheat the oven to 350f. in a bowl add in flour, yogurt, baking powder, and cinnamon. fold the ingredients together and then use your hands to form the dough. you’ll only need 3/4. tear off 3/4 of the dough and roll into a ball. place on parchment paper and poke a hole in the middle. form into a bagel shape with your hands, brush with some butter, and put in the oven. bake for 25 minutes. cut it in half and toast it. then add the toppings and enjoy!!
