good morning and happy super bowl sunday!

i had to commemorate this (pretty much) national holiday with some baked oats. and nothing makes a better pair than football and pb cups🥰

it’s a basic recipe but with a cute design just to make it look a little more complicated

it was actually super easy to make so don’t get scared by the long instructions

super bowl baked oats:
1/2 cup oat flour
2 tbs apple sauce
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tbs cocoa powder
1 tsp Truvia sweetener
1/4 cup almond milk

football design:
1/2 tbs pb
1 tbs greek yogurt

1 tsp greek yogurt

chocolate

start by preheating the oven to 350f. in a small bowl mix together the peanut butter and greek yogurt. add to a bag and cut off a bit of the tip to make it a piping bag. pipe a football shape and then fill in. use a knife or spoon to spread out the mixture to fill the entire football and make it smooth. in another bag cut off a very small bit of the tip and add in greek yogurt. pipe the lines onto the football.
place parchment paper on a plate and grease. then add the football and let sit in the freezer.
in another small bowl melt a little bit of chocolate. make another piping bag. take the plate out of the freezer and pipe L and V onto the parchment paper. make sure you layer the chocolate a little bit so that it’s thick enough to get off. put back in the freezer until the oats are done.
in a bowl add in all the baked oat ingredients. mix together and add half to a greased ramekin. in the middle put your desired amount of pb and then cover with the rest of the batter. bake for 15-25 minutes.
when the oats are done place the designs on top, and dig in!!
