i struggle with naming my favorite candy but almond joy is definitely up there
anything heart shaped counts as valentine’s themed right?
either way these almond joy pancakes were amazing and when i say that, i mean it
almond joy pancakes:
1/2 cup oat flour
1 tbs almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp sweetener
1 1/2 tbs coconut flakes
1/2 tsp almond extract
2 tbs + 1 tsp almond milk
mix all the ingredients together except milk. add a little bit at a time until it reaches a thick batter.
put all the batter in a piping bag and pipe into heart pancakes on a greased pan. they will take longer to cook, keep on a lower heat since they’re thicker. flip halfway and then serve. top with melted chocolate and some more coconut flakes.
