i wasn’t expecting broccoli to taste so good but life is full of surprises. i guess tossed in with some other ingredients it’s not so bad
in all seriousness this pasta sauce was actually amazing and so filling. of course filled with goodness and nutrition
pasta is one of the best carbs🥰
1/3 head of broccoli
1/12 a large onion
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs hot water
cook the pasta according to the box. while it’s boiling, chop up the broccoli into smaller pieces and add to a food processor. do the same with the onion. then pour in olive oil, soy sauce, hot water, and garlic and paprika to taste.
blend up the ingredients until as smooth as possible.
drain the pasta and add to a bowl. stir in the pasta sauce and top with parmesan or nutritional yeast and enjoy!!
