i woke up this morning and i was starving
so i was very happy to find my overnight oats stored in the fridge and ready to go
all i had to do was add some toppings and then i could eat
i really think that i should make overnight oats more often, it’s handy on the days i’m lazy or don’t have much time and it’s literally so easy to make
peanut butter vanilla overnight oats:
1/2 cup oats
1 scoop powdered pb
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp sweetener
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp peanut butter
2/3 cup almond milk
mix up all the ingredients in a bowl. then cover and refrigerate overnight. i topped the oats with banana slices, crushed walnuts, peanut butter, and extra cinnamon
then enjoy!
