three nut butter baked oats (w chocolate of course). it was sooo good. but at the end of the day adding chocolate and pb to anything will make it great.
i made these because i had zero ideas on what to make and my brain automatically goes to putting stuff into baked oats. anyways getting on to the recipe
Three Nut Butter Baked Oats:
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 mashed banana
2 teaspoons coconut sugar
2 teaspoons cashew butter
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tbs chocolate chips
1/2 tbs almond butter
1 teaspoon peanut butter
2 teaspoons greek yogurt
preheat oven to 350f. grease a ramekin. grind up oats into an oat flour and add to a bowl with 1/2 of a mashed banana. mix it together and add in coconut sugar, almond milk, and cashew butter together. then add in chocolate chips and mix. pour half the batter into the ramekin. put the almond butter in the middle and cover the rest of it. bake for 15-20 minutes.
in a small bowl mix together pb and greek yogurt.
after the oats are done, top with pb and enjoy!
