stuffed with peanut butter and caramelized bananas, topped with a drizzle of maple syrup and powdered sugar; this was one amazing breakfast
French Toast Burrito:
2 tbs almond milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 sliced banana
turn the stove up to medium-high heat and place a pan. add a little bit of olive oil, a dash of vanilla, and some cinnamon. once the pan heats up, add your banana slices. after 1-2 minutes, flip and let sit again. turn down to medium heat. take off the bananas and set aside.
in a bowl crack an egg and add 2 tbs almond milk, 1/4 tsp vanilla, and a bit of cinnamon. whisk together. dip your tortilla into the mixture and fully cover it.
add the tortilla to a pan on medium heat and let cook. flip to the other side and let the other side cook. once it’s finished place onto a plate and spread some peanut butter on the tortilla. add the banana slices to the middle and roll up like a burrito.
drizzle maple syrup on top and add some powdered sugar. enjoy!!
